Steve Aledort Joins Rancho Financial Mortgage Center
Rancho Financial is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Aledort to its lending team.
For the last 14 years, Aledort has been at the forefront of educating the San Diego mortgage market, with a voice that’s easily recognized from his "Mortgage Minute" heard on KOGO AM 600 and CASH 1700.
"The mortgage market has changed drastically over the last 10 years. Instead of five loan programs to choose from there are hundreds. Qualifying for these programs is based on a number of factors; equity, income, credit and assets. A true loan professional will ask the right questions up front and choose a loan program that the borrower will qualify for," Aledort says.
"Having Steve Aledort join our growing team is a perfect fit," says Rancho Financial President Craig Brown. "His industry knowledge, ethics, and ability to put a client’s needs first every time insures a bright future. Steve’s ability to provide honest answers and options should help all of us here at Rancho Financial learn more about how to deliver the most service on every deal.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Rancho Financial Helps Businesses Protect Client Privacy
"Cell phone users and employees should have no expectation of privacy." said speaker Darity Wesley, CEO of Privacy Solutions "while consumers involved in financial transactions with a business must be assured of privacy or they won’t work with you.
With these words, the privacy guru launched into a 90-minute discourse on the importance of tight data security, in the home and business alike.
Like all presentations in Rancho Financial’s Educational Luncheon series, the Privacy Issues 101 seminar was probably the most informative meal these 50 professionals and business leaders have had in the past month.
Wesley acknowledged it’s become practically impossible to live in today’s world without using credit cards, email or some other form of electronic transaction. Thus she focused on the increasingly critical need for business professionals and consumers alike to understand one basic concept: Zealously guard your data and only give up minimal amounts of information needed to transact various types of business.
Wesley’s over-riding message for the day: "Clients need to know you’ll fully protect all the information about them that you work with and provide."
Rancho Financial president Craig Brown observed: "The real estate industry is changing the way it thinks about privacy and protection of clients’ information. We felt it was important to present the most qualified expert available on this timely subject to our business associates."
He adds: "The Educational Luncheon series is an integral part of Rancho Financial’s commitment to protecting our clients, our business associates, and our community at large. We will be presenting luncheons like this on a diverse range of subjects in the future, and have already found our series is attracting substantial attention".
Known throughout the real estate, financial services and legal communities as San Diego’s premier full-service mortgage lender, Rancho Financial has spent 22 years cultivating its reputation for finding the best loan, giving the highest quality service, and delivering more than the customer expected. They are known for handling every type of transaction – residential, commercial, land, refinancing and income-producing property acquisition.
